I Love this yoga center!!! My favorite part is how much we focus on deeper breathing and also do some meditation in class. It is not the main focus but it is so great to learn about meditation along with great exercise that helps me stay fit. When I started I wasn?t very flexible and I couldn?t touch my toes. After 3 months I?m so much more flexible, I can keep my legs crossed when I sit, I can keep my back straight and I can touch my toes! I highly recommend this yoga for anyone that wants better flexibility and also peace of mind.
