My husband and I were impressed from start to finish. We had multiple estimates and they were the only ones that actually followed up and acted like they wanted our business. They were very reasonable and explained everything thoroughly. The estimator showed up on time!! When installing the glass, they came across a small issue with the tile. Instead of just buffing over it, they actual came and got my husband and discussed how they wanted to address it and ASKED if that was ok. We have had some serious contractor issues in the past and really appreciate the true professionals that is Sterling.
