Sales Department and Service Department are both great.
Sales: I bought my new Honda Fit here and had a great experience. Simple, quick and honest.
Service: Went to dealership nearer where I live (DIAMOND Honda in Glendale) for my first oil change. Unlucky for me, they stripped the bolt on my oil pan and it's been leaking oil. Just terrible.
I've been getting no help or satisfaction from Diamond Honda, but by stark contrast KEYES has been bending over backwards to help and try to get Diamond to do the right thing. They've been making calls on my behalf and even provided a free rental car while this is getting resolved.
Robert in the Service Department has helped a great deal, and treated me like a fellow human being. They have earned my loyalty.
