BAD CUSTIOMER SERVICE AT RETURNS- THIS COSTCO They should fire this old lady at return section this Costco got lost of compaint from my friends due to the fact that she's very slow worker and insult customers by asking customers all kinds of personal questions (what s your, friend birthday, when this item bought, where do you live) when all they want to know is simple question can they return 1 item bought at other costco location or not? The question is very simple and she took almost 1 hr to find out so I gave up for wasting my time.
