I had a very bad experience with the owner of the business. I took in several shirts and suits that needed to be laundered, pressed, or dry cleaned. I have been going there for 5 years and have never had the best experiences. When I went to pick up my clothes I noticed that one of my shirts had been synged on the sleeve. I told them about it and they said they would call me back in a week. I waited 3 weeks and called them back. I complained to the owner, who began to tell me it was my fault for it being synged and I probably brought it in that way. He was verbally abusive when I asked to be reimbursed. I was being very kind and he was yelling at me and told me to F*** off. This guy does not know how to run a business! I created this account strictly to complain about his business. Please Help me boycott this business so they close their doors!!
