My pickup bed cover was looking old with the velcro sewing detached. I went to Biggies to buy a new cover but instead, they called the manufacturer and found my cover was still under warranty. So, for just the cost of installation, I have a new cover. Had they not called I would have never known and would have spent $$$$$ for a new cover.
