i observed a young male, 20-25 (not sure if he is the owner or worker) park a white nissan truck put up a handicap placard, go up the valet desk, put on his black tie and work as a valet! As he was walking I didn't notice a limp nor was he walking slow or look like he was in pain since has giving me dirty looks....he was parking vehicles. I question the use of his handicap placard as my friend who is 83 had to pay $28 to park in the Holiday Inn! I refused to go with our 15 friends to Ruth Christ Steak House! He makes good money he can park on the other block and walk!
