Called this company for one-time, Spring fertilizing of lawn. Was told that they only provide season long service of 5 treatments. I reply: ""You just lost me."" To which the man on the phone said: ""Didn't want ya."" And he hung up on me. When I called back to take him to task for being so rude, he called my a ""smart-ass"" and proceeded to chew me out. I guess this guy has so much business he can afford to insult random, potential customers.
