I have never had a pharmacy make so many mistakes. giving me a higher dose of a drug and not cancelling the lower dose so a week later I get a months supply of the lower dose. This has happened multiple times.
Getting insulin pens and needled and syringe combination instead of the needles that go on the pen. No one seems to know or care if they get your script correct.
Last stop I asked for two scripts. The lady brought up one I told her I had asked for two. Five minutes later she found the second script. This is a fine example of the Florida education system...
