I have been through the drive through several times in the last year and they often forget one of my items. I should know to check the order before I leave by now. Today, 4/13/2012, I went through and they forgot my double with cheese and gave me a drink that was all watered down like it had been made 20 minutes earlier for someone else and given to me. They have a new female manager who seemed very concerned. Maybe she can get it right. I used to run Wendy's in Tallahasse in the late 1970's. Remember... it's all about the quality of food and service. Hot and juicy!!!!!!!!!!
