We moved into our new rental just a few months ago. When I called EnviroWaste to start new service they came to pick up our first load the very next scheduled pickup day, BEFORE they even received our payment. Today, I noticed that for some reason, our trash was the only one on the whole street that was NOT picked up. I called, and right away Jodi was able to help me. It seems another customer called to cancel their account, and our account was closed by mistake. Jodi assured me she would reactivate our account right away, and she even put a credit on our account for the next month's service for the inconvenience and confusion. I believe this resolution is above and beyond, and I am glad to EnviroWaste!
