I first contacted Alpha Fence for a free estimate to replace an existing wooden fence with a new slumpstone wall. Upon making the appointment, Geovanni came out and took measurements. We had a number of questions and several requests. All were addressed. Within several days, we received the estimate for the work. The initial estimate lacked the detailed information that I received from other estimates. I emailed the company to request a more detailed quote. It took a little longer than I expected to get a response. Once I did receive the response, I reviewed the estimates against the others I received. I decided to go with Alpha Fence.
From the very beginning and all through the process, the personnel of this company were very professional. The owner of the company (Otoniel) actually met me at the permit office and answered any questions that I had.
They made a point to cover those areas where there was frequent traffic and arranged all inspections of the job. The actual job took four days caused by some delays in the inspection schedule. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Our new wall looks great. I would do business with this company again and defintely recommend them.
