This place wants to please. Just to try something different I asked the waitress if I could get my prime rib medium rare and just before it was served could it be put on the grill. The Chef came to the table and said he liked the idea and asked if I would like try some fresh grilled vegetables, not on the menu, to go with my dinner. He also suggested a $17 bottle (yes $17 bottle) of Malbec that was wonderful. What a great dinner, a real Easton gem. We will be back many times.
