Horrible experience. Took us 3 extra days to get functional equipment. UHAUL unable to help. Twin Oaks was incapable not knowlegable unable to help. Spent hours on the phone trying to deal with this issue that was not our fault. Who's compensating the consumer here?? Will never use UHAUL again or trust Twin Oaks to service our vehicles.
