I have never in my life dealt with a company that has worse employees or morals. I was sick in the hospital and got behind on my payment by a couple days because of the illness. I finally got my phone and when they called me I answered and explained to the what was suppose to be a lady on the other end what was going on. Straight out of her mouth comes "" I dont care if your dieing, you need to go make this payment"". I was appauled and completely disgusted with this. I also found that they are illegally spoof calling others like they did to me. Calling you and making the caller I.D. say its a different number. I am seriously thinking about putting a lawsuit against them for for unfair practices and whatever else the lawyer says I can file against them. This is ridiculous and needs to be taken care of by the ownership or someone will find a lawyer willing to put them through the ringer. Oh and yes I do have the phone number they made appear and the time and date all saved for my lawyer. I have had enough.
