My wife and I dined at Smokey Bones Saturday,April 21,2012.The ribs were supposed to be St.Louis cut,whatever that is.They were impossible to cut and consisted of fat and gristle with almost no edible meat on them.After several attempts to separate them my wife and I gave up and ate the potato and cole slaw.These ribs were the most disgusting and and unappetizing cuts of mystery meat I have ever had the misfortune to purchase.Stay far away from this place.R Lloyd
