Very rude staff. Brought bracelet from THEIR STORE back for repair. They charged $45 to GLUE it, which didn t hold. I brought it back a second time and they left it at the repair service for two months and forgot about it. They were very rude the whole time. My husband thought they were treating us badly because the bracelet was only $400. The saleswoman who waited on me was dismissive after I looked at several items and didn t buy anything. She never apologized for losing my bracelet in the system. Instead, she pawned me off on a young girl who located the missing bracelet & handed it to me three days later in a plastic bag. Nice.
