Horrible office find another agent. I have had a policy with State Farm since I was 16 and never had such a horrible agent. They told me my policy was paid in full and that I did not owe anything. A few week later got a letter from the DMV stating my license was about to be suspended for no insurance. Apparently the office staff had made a mistake, but could not explain it or how much was actually owed. On top of all of this the staff was rude and told me that just think of it this way since my insurance was out of force for a month that I would not have to pay as much. WHAT are you nuts ?? Corporate field agent had to fix it because they were to incompetent to.
