This is one of the worst HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE and BUSINESS personel we ever had to deal with. Their service was as though they never had any experince. One hand dosen't know what the other is doing. From paying for a ball room six (6) months in advance and for a paid conformation on a two night stay. And using the, we have new management was no EXCUSE.
