Tried to sell me 2500 worth of parts and labor on my e46 and I didnt need any of it. Went in for simple oil change, got a call back by some rude man named Mike, the owner, telling me to just bring the car to a junk yard. Then when I went to pick it up the blonde counter girl was rude as well, she has that annoying british accent and was too busy with her cheeseburger and fries to promptly accept my payment so I could get my car out of there. Never again. why cant you get honest service from this place? All the positive reviews are obviously made up by the company itself. more
