Late Saturday night I heard our sump pump going on and off. Know that the only time it has ever came on was during extremely heavy rain, and since we haven't had rain in weeks, we knew there was a big problem. We waited till the morning and called Roto-rooter. They came quickly and found the problem, a clogged pipe in the waste line. We were so happy and satisfied with the work and professionalism of William, the roto-rooter man. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
