I called from across the country to have flowers delivered in celebration of my son's engagement. I had seen an ad on this company's info regarding ordering online & having local florist deliver. The woman to whom I spoke was very rude, curt, short with me when I asked about a particular arrangement. Her first response to any question was they didn't have that color, then would check and said oh yes they did have a few. With all the online options these days I don't care to deal with someone with such an attitude as if I was wasting their time. Well I went with another florist so now they have more time to not accept orders from people wishing to spend money. Their loss!
