I had no problems with the actual visit. They were professional and friendly. Their billing person is awful and heartless. They said they would take my insurance when I called and also while I was at the office, and then I get a bill. They charged me the full amount no insurance discount, nothing. Trying to reach the billing person it took 4 days and multiple calls to get her even on the phone. She did not care that I had insurance, or how to help, all she kept talking about is a payment plan. All she said it's it's your problem, it's not my job to figure out what your insurance rates are.
