Looks like I.D. hasn't improved much on the customer service that has been repeatedly commented on in a negative way. Unfortunately Oldham County took away our freedom to choose who we want to pay and have to deal with concerning our garbage service. Typical why we don't get considerate helpful service because they don't have to worry about because they know we are STUCK with them. Let's hope Oldham County fires them. We deserve more than what we have to deal with. They did resolve my problem with a ""courtesy run"" and glad they are doing so but had to go through several excuses why they did not pick up when at other times they did it anyway. Unprofessional and it's a sad company.
