Sunday morning we woke up to a clogged toilet. Nothing we tried worked, so we called Roto-Rooter. What we thought was going to be a quick fix turned out to be more complicated. Our service person Mark was very professional and quite cheerful, considering the disgusting, dirty task ahead. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. He, also, kept us informed of his progress and offered helpful tips to prevent the problem from happening again. We are very pleased with Mark and would gladly recommend him to others.
