My husband and I have been searching for a car for several month. We arrived at Larry Hill Imports one afternoon and was quickly greeted by Chris' smiling face. I rattled off a few cars that I was interested in and Chris immediately pointed me in the right direction. He immediately caught on to my wants and needs and worked hard to find the perfect car for me.
I teased him about having my number on speed dial since he would check in regularly to notify me about vehicles that had just arrived on the lot or ones that he thought I might be interested in. He was not pushy at all - which I loved. He was the epitomy of a service and customer satisfaction agent. I felt that he truly wanted me to be happy with whichever car I purchased.
After several months of working on and off with him, he called to suggest we look at a Mercury Milan. It was the perfect mix of everything I wanted and needed. It was a ""spot on"" choice for me - and I owe it all to Chris for finding it! After negotiation, the price was right and the car was mine!
I will absolutely send my friends, family and anyone in the market for a new vehicle to Chris. Larry Hill is blessed to have such a great asset. I tried to hire him....but his loyalty to his job won out!
