The lady Denise who answers the phone is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. She speaks to you like she does not want to help you and is rude. In addition, she is sarcastic and I get the impression that she hates her job. I am not sure who the owner of the company is but I think I will stick with roof doctors.I think my clients will be better professionally served there.
