I took my car in to Bedard Automotive as I need an oil change and some new spark plugs on my Subaru. I got an estimate of $105. I left my car to get this service done. It wasn't ready until the next day. Bedard called and said it was ready. When I got there I had a bill of $625.51. I was shocked and somewhat irate. they claimed they contacted my wife and she gave them the OK to proceed with additional work. Didn't happen! We were not contacted. I paid the ridicuous bill to get my car back.
