Our experience with Edge Medical was unbelievably bad. They sent us home from rehab with an item that was never needed, never used, and charged us $258.00 for it after we specifically told Edge rep himself not to include ANYTHING that was not preauthorized by our Insurance ( with the exception of a $50 item that we paid for up front) All I get from the Edge's billing lady is that they only send what is prescribed, yet this item was most definitely not needed. I have called Edge repeatedly since this occurrence March 15, 2010 to try to settle this but the lady's ridgidness and unwillingness to help resolve the issue is a definite statement of how this business operates. Nothing is returnable even though it was their mistake and hadn't been used. I so thankful that we have excellent insurance that does cover most needed items and also that we have excellent credit. I refuse to be a victim of practices such as this so consequently, we are taking a hit on our credit. I have also turned them over to the BBB. One star is too good for this business!!!!
