Worst experience ever is an understatement! Have not used them for printing but did use them for shipping a package on Sat morning (4/14/2012) package to be picked up by FedEx Express (this company) in Queens New York and delivered to the American Airlines in Buffalo NY. It was specified and made very clear to them that it was important this package be delieved in the time that was agreed upon which was on Sat (4/14/2012 at 7:35pm because this was medication that my mother forgot to take with her. Not only was the package not delievered as promised but we later found out when we called the airport that their cost would have been $90.00 had we gone directly through American Airlines....FedEx express charged us $259.92 almost 3 times the price! and the sad part is that we wouldn't have mind had they delivered the package as promised..the sad part is that they didn't even seem to care that this was my mothers medication. The information they gave us was also incorrect....they said we had until 1am to pick up this package...we got there at 7:45pm and they had already closed their doors! It wasn't until the following day when the morning shift at American Airlines came in to work at 6:10am for their first flight out that the package was released to us. My mom just called them to try to get a refund she spoke with an employee by the name of Aubrey and all she did was take her name and telephone number and said "we'll get back to you within 10 days with a decision" This was a complete nightmare...please do NOT ship with this company EVER!
