AMAZING! SUPERB! EXCELLENT! That is how I would describe Maita Nissan! I have never been to a car dealership where the WHOLE staff has been helpful in some way! Especially when there is a energetic toddler and frustrated teenager with you. My sales guy, Tony, went WAY above and beyond his duties by not only finding my little family the perfect car (which just so happens to be a cute-as-can-be '09 Chevy HHR), but also kept my little guy occupied with coloring and a tennis ball to toss around! And on top of that, he took my son on a thousand trips up the elevator, and let him climb in all of the showroom cars while I was with Kendra, the Finance Mgr, who after this experience is now my favorite person!! And it still gets better!!! Not only did she get me a better rate, she made me immediately feel completely at ease! (and she has chocolate in her office!!!) Now who else can say that about a Finance Manager?? Not many! Now, I don't have the greatest credit, but with Kendra, I felt as though I had the best credit possible. The staff at Maita Nissan gets my vote for the #1 car dealership in Sacramento! (Maybe even the state of California!) Thank you Maita Nissan!
