I was VERY disappointed with my experience. The agent had a negative attitude and was making rude remarks. I guess if you are buying a $100,000 then maybe he would be nice to you but good luck if you have anything under $50,000. Yes he could of saved me some money with my car insurance but i'd rather pay the extra $10 not to have to deal with someone so rude and condescending.
