Automall at Peabody is a top class team. I was in the market for 2008-2009 BMW X5 and am very particular on the features, quality and condition of a car I am about to purchase - after all BMWs do not come cheap and it a serious purchase and stressful time to an extent. Prior to coming to Automall I entered into an agreement to buy a car from an official BMW dealership in Western MA conditional that they would fix certain cosmetic items on car. After waiting four days, all they did was clean it and I pulled out of the deal and got my deposit back as I was dissapointed in their lack of listening to my requests and attitude. While some folks would rather deal with an official dealership, my experience at Automall proved otherwise. Everyone at Automall worked hard to get my business, found the best loan rates available, and catered to my many requests prior to picking up the car. The car I picked up was in very good condition and they obviously cherrypick the cars they inventory. I would rather deal with Automall who listens to their customers requests and are honorable any day, instead getting your car washed and a filled with a tank of gas at a traditional dealerships - while ignoring my requests. Not only did the Automall team address all my particular items, they also honored fixing a light on the side of the car a week after it was delivered. Again, I am very particular on the car and customer service experience and would rate my experience as exceptional. They all worked hard as a team and followed through on their commitments and even helped me out beyond what I hoped for.
