Maybe, they just choose not to answer the phone. They also choose to skip over me, a patient who is there because dealing with the medical system, full of disrespectful doctors, dumb as brick staff, etc. And take some lady who's there early for her appt. All because i'm filling out paperwork a doctor never reads. Then i tell him i can't handle antidepressants, get prescribed one being told it was to help me sleep. Worst 2 days of my life maybe.
