We highly recommend going here. We had visited the H&R offices in Carolina Beach and Myrtle Grove and both times had terrible experiences. But before giving up on H&R Block all together, we went here and saw Mary Nobilio. SHE IS WONDERFUL. She was able to process our paperwork easily and with no hesitation (even though the other 2 offices had nobody who could do this). She was VERY pleasant to have a conversation with, and was smiling and explained everything to us in an organized and "non condescending" way. If you have taxes related to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and/or Short Sale situations, we higly recommend going to Mary because we cannot express how wonderful our experience was. Note to Pine Grove office manager, give her a raise!! Thank you.
