I have never written a review before this, but I felt I had to say something. I went to Joe's Tire because I needed a set of tires for my wife's car; I had already been to the big guys (Town Fair, Sears, and Pep Boys). I admit I was lured in by their "freebies". I felt like I was being pressured to buy their house brand, I asked for Goodyear's, but was told the tires were no good. When it came time for the quote, I was shocked at the add on's (supposed to be free!!) It was almost $75.00 per tire to mount & balance, then there's the free alignment that costs $80.00! I called Rich @ Joe's and he explained everything and gave me a great price, I had him put on the Goodyear's that afternoon. Rich also told me about a rebate ($80.00) that the other guys never mentioned. Maybe they keep it for themselves. I will never go anywhere else.
