I recently purchased a nook. Upon checking out the clerk said, "You get a membership with this purchase." When I got home and was looking at my receipt, I saw that I had gotten $25 off the purchase of my Nook, but was charged for the "membership". That is not what I was told at checkout. I contacted customer service and was given an explanation of the benefits of having the "membership" . I tried to explain the issue was, I was told... "Membership comes with this purchase." To me that means with the purchase I made, I would get the membership.
