I had a crazy experience with them! The customer service rep would randomly appear at my house without notice, calling me "sweetie" and "Hun." Told me he would sign up strangers to my account so I can get $35 free a couple of times on the Refer Your Friend program! I let management know and agreed to a deal as long as the rep didn't come around. More than 2 weeks later and no contact whatsoever, I called back to check on the application dates, and I had been erased in their system! I will never come back to Custom Lawn Care!
