I have been going to Newport Urgent Care for years, and have had a very positive experience there. The physicians are Board Certified, knowledgeable, and take time to listen to you. I have seen Dr. Wong the most, and he is wonderful. This is a nice, upscale office, and the staff cares about you (like Abraham). I saw a complaint about their fees, but their charges are within the standard for the industry. I don't believe that feeling angry and frustrated about the cost of healthcare warrants calling a business and its employees "overpriced and unprofessional".
