The pharmacist at this Walgreen's has created an arbitrary rule that no prescriptions may be refilled earlier than 30 days. She adamantly refuses to refill prescriptions even so much as one day earlier, despite the fact that my doctor, my insurance company, and the DEA have all informed me that waiting the entire 30 days is not necessary. She acknowledges that this is HER policy, no one else's, but is not willing to consider that perhaps it might be INCONVENIENT for the CUSTOMERS, especially considering the pharmacy's new hours, opening at 9:00 A.M. when all the other pharmacies in town open earlier to accommodate customers who have to be at work before 9:00.
