I have never written a review before, but this florist can't even get one star from me. My son ordered me flowers from out of state and when I got the flowers today I wasn't home, but roomate put them on the table for me. When I got home, they looked like they were on their last leg (roses tips were brown and already fully bloomed). I called and the person who answered the phone said they had been in business for 25 years and never ever had a problem. I explained than not only myself, but my roomate too thought they looked pretty sad. He wasn't the most pleasant man, but said they would send someone out with another arrangement. When this driver or owner dropped them off he was rude. I gave him back the other ones and said they looked pretty bad and he argued with me said they looked just fine and then was smug about it all and put his thumb in the air like they are fine and made a face. I told him that I have been getting flowers for years and I know they are not okay and that they look horrible and shut the door and locked it as he seemed a bit angry. I would agree with the other reviews on here and never recommend nor use this florist again. Poor customer service and the flower arrangements were on their last leg. One more thing the colors were pink and yellow with brown dying tips, picture that.
