In response to Mr. Philips' comments, please know that there is no excuse for him having to suffer the way he did. At our office, it is our policy for a patient of record to be seen on the same day or, if he/she chooses, a day that is more convenient. There was obviously a misunderstanding between both parties and, unfortunately, Mr. Phillips had to suffer as a result. If you look up other reviews for this office you wil find our other patients who have made excellent, positive comments of their experience with us. Mr. Phillips was a delightful patient and we will certainly miss his patronage. His choice to see Dr. Singuefield is a good choice as Dr. Singuefield is a fine dentist.
