I signed up for annual service for my new heater and air-conditioner. Little did I know that I would get more than a perfunctory inspection. Instead, Marcello Vaca went above and beyond, helping me with my "unreachable" (except by ladder) return air filter, and checking on such esoteric items such as gas pressure and electrical fittings. I certainly felt like I had royal service, and I don't regret a bit doing business with Beutler. Mr. Vaca was personable, and even helped me rescue a nosy kitty who might have gotten into the system. I certainly hope he will be my service person again next year.
