Stood in the front area for 5 minutes before being acknowledged with 3 staff present! Asked specifically for color, new cut and style. After color was completed, I asked the 'hairdresser' what style/cut she had in mind. She stated "I like your hair now". NO CUT OR STYLE! Paid $140 for COLOR only! Very disappointing!! A total waste of time and money!
