My husband made an appointement with this company to come out and clean out an old septic tank that we found in our yard. He was called back an hour later telling him that we lived too far north and they couldn't come out to the house to take care of our problem. My husband then asked "The person making your appointments doesn't know how far north you go?" He was told no, my husband followed that up with, "well that's convenient." Then the gentleman told my husband to "Go F**k Yourself" and hung up on him. My husband has not been able to get a hold of the owner since then, because he is "busy."
