I had a crisis this winter. My window air conditioner took a suicidal leap from my window just before a major heat wave. I don't have a car, so what was I to do? Searching the web turned up N.R.G. Air. I checked Internet reviews and to be honest, they almost sounded too good to be true, but I was desperate and took a leap of faith. It was evening, and I fired off an email in the hopes that perhaps they would check their email before they opened the next day. I was right. Someone (I think one of the owners) wrote me back early the next morning before going in to the office, saying that they could definitely help me and to call when they opened so we could work out specifics. When I called he asked me several questions to determine the best unit for my needs, and then gave me his opinion of the two best options - one a slightly pricier brand than the other. He said that one of his teams was doing installations in my area and he thought they would be able to fit me in that day. Late that morning a new air condition was brought to my apartment and installed for me! I couldn't have been happier as I rode out the heat wave sitting near my new, better unit.
