Great, fantastic service when you walk in the door. Once items are sold, good luck getting your items delivered. I was promised a call back which never came. I had to chase the store for my delivery date. I even took time off work for a delivery which never came. Then when I took time off the next day, the delivery guy got the time wrong and it was a wasted trip home in the morning.
When the furniture finally came over a week from the promised date, it wasn't even what I had ordered and was damaged. I sent everything back with the deliverymen and asked for a refund. I had to spend 2 hours trying to get it done with the GM, who hung up on me a few times, and the amount to be refunded wasn't even what he agreed on in the store (which I had documentation on, paper he had written quotes on).He was going to refund me less that what he charged me at first. Finally, he had to check with his partners, I am not sure why as I never took receipt of items. HE HAD TO CHECK IF IT WAS OK TO REFUND A CUSTOMER ON A WRONG ORDER THAT CONSISTED OF DAMAGED FURNITURE.
Just buyer beware, its not worth it, go to a credible store with better after sales service. If all goes well, great, but if you are unlucky as I was, you will suffer a great deal of aggravation, loss of time and money buying from this store.
