Gilmore Service Technician (Brian) came out to perform routine heat maintenance. In the process, Brian discovered a situation that should have been addressed upon system installation. Brian advised me of needed repair, thoroughly explained reason repair needed and showed me old parts as they were removed. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable, at the same time being very courteous and considerate. Brian is an excellent representative for Gilmore Heat and Air, an I will continue to use Gilmore's services if Brian is an example (and I believe he is) of the company as a whole.
