My family moved from Colorado to Chicago four years ago and our nine year old daughter required braces. It was a blessing that we found Dr. Bibbs on our own with no referral. Dr. Bibb's and his tremendous staff are the most professional and family oriented group in the business. When we call for appointments were provided one to meet our schedule, when you arrive into the office you are quickly processed with no issues that prolong your visit. When emergency visits were requested we were always pushed to the front of his schedule and quickly attended. Dr. Bibb's and his staff always make room in their schedules to see their patients and they are willing to work with you financially. Don't allow "The Bean" to scare you away. Yes, his office is located on Michigan Avenue, however his rates, payment options and incentives are down to earth.His avuncular personality and demeanor with his patients is indeed delightful and reinforcing. He is very concerned about his patients and their progress through his orthodontal procedures.
