Technician did not spend time to listen to problem; thus, he missed the main problem. Our dishwasher clean light signal was out; main problem, Dishes were not being cleaned; minor problem that resulted because we did not add softner salt to water. Technician just flew into our house and quickly replaced parts and left. Such haste risks damaging our equipment or miss assemblying parts to our equipment or lacking the solution. Technician lacked good bedisde manner, which 9 out 10 will cause him to misdiagnose the problem, irregardless of his skills.
